Directions for Use:
  1. Mix the oxidant with the Clear Tone Lightener in a 1:1 ratio until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
  2. Apply to clean, dry eyebrows and leave in according to the recommendations for the selected lightening level.
  3. After the exposure time is over, remove excess with a dry or damp cotton pad.
Ingredients:

Aqua, Ceteryl alcohol, Hydrogen peroxide, Phosphoric acid, Ceteareth-20, Disodium EDTA, Tetrasodium pyrophosphate, Sodium stannate.
