When diluting the dye with the developer in a 1:1 ratio, you will achieve a more saturated result; a 1:2 ratio will yield a lighter result; and a 1:3 ratio will produce the lightest result.

Directions For Use:
- Mix OKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O dye with Cream Oxidant 3% from the H2O series in a plastic or glass container.
- Depending on the desired saturation or lightness, mixing proportions may vary from 1:1 to 1:3.
Apply the dye to the brows using the selected dyeing technique. For layered dyeing techniques, it is recommended to apply the first layer as thinly as possible and repeat the application 2-3 times. - Allow the dye to dry on the brows and rinse. The dye exposure time on the brows is 6-15 minutes.
- Rinse the dye off using a damp cotton pad.
