How «BROW D-COLOR 2.0» work:

— removes even the most intense and dark artificial pigment that has accumulated in the eyebrow hair.

— does not affect the natural pigment.

— can be used for both partial and full-colour correction.

— specifically designed for brow artists to address the issue of «over-darkening» of eyebrow hair during tinting.

Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 do not contain ammonia or persulfates.

NOTE! It is recommended to consult with a technician from the ÉLAN professional line brand before performing the procedure.

Expiration date: 24 months.
Period after opening (PAO): 6 months.

Mode of application

Analyze the eyebrow hair condition of a client

Specify the processing time and application scheme of the emulsions according to:

– the analysis of the amount of synthetic dye, accumulated in the hairs of the eyebrows

– the desired eyebrow tint.

Complete colour removal: to completely remove the accumulated synthetic dye from the eyebrow hairs and the skin, use Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 in a ratio 1:1. The processing time is 5–15 minutes.

Colour correction: to remove the accumulated synthetic dye only from the eyebrow hairs and preserve the colour on the skin, apply the argan oil cream «SKIN PROTECTOR 2.0» by TM ELAN professional line on the skin around the eyebrows. Use the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #1 by TM ELAN professional line.

Color correction for warm or cool undertone:

– to create the colour with a cool undertone, use the oxidizing emulsion 3% by TM ELAN professional line, when the II-nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is over (see Directions).

– to create the colour with a warm undertone, do not use the oxidizing emulsion 3% by TM ELAN professional line, when the II-nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is over (see Directions).

Directions

I-st Stage. Mix Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 in a ratio 1:1 in a non-metallic bowl and apply the mixture on the eyebrows with a make-up brush. The processing time is 5–15 minutes (depending on the eyebrow hair condition and the desired eyebrow shade).

II-nd Stage. Apply ELAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse 2.0 on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction, when the processing time is finished. Cleanse the eyebrows with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

Note. Check the eyebrow hair colour. If the eyebrow hair colour is not desired, apply the freshly-prepared mixture on the eyebrows and leave for another 2-5 minutes.

To create the colour with a cool undertone, apply the oxidizing emulsion 3% by ТМ ELAN professional line on the eyebrows when the II-nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished. The processing time is 3–5 minutes. When the processing time is finished, remove the excess of the oxidizing emulsion with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

To create the colour with a warm undertone, do not use the oxidizing emulsion 3% by ТМ ELAN professional line on the eyebrows, when the II-nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is over. Go to the third step of the procedure.

III-rd Stage. We recommend using «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: color fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for the best results. No rinsing is required.

EYEBROW SYNTHETIC DYE REMOVAL POST-PROCEDURE RECOMMENDATIONS

! It is not recommended to perform the henna eyebrow tinting after the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure.

Absolute contraindications to the procedure of removing artificial pigment from eyebrow hairs: individual sensitivity to the components in the products, any skin damage in the eyebrow area, redness, eruptions of any etiology.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

Before use, it is necessary to perform an allergy test: mix 2 drops of each emulsion and apply the mixture to a small area of the skin on the inner elbow 48 hours prior to use. If there is no redness, swelling, or irritation on the skin, you can proceed with the procedure of removing artificial pigment from eyebrow hairs.

The products may cause an allergic reaction. Use protective gloves. Do not use metal objects while working with the products. Avoid contact with the eyes. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse them immediately with water. In case of an allergic reaction, be sure to consult a dermatologist.
