Thanks to the conditioning liquidum complex, the powder gently affects the eyebrow hairs. This component also provides elasticity to the bleaching mixture, ensuring easy application and comfort. Neutralizing carbon pigments minimize the chances of an unwanted yellowish undertone.

Expiration date: 30 months from the manufacturing date.

Mode of application

LIGHT technique: the eyebrow hair bleaching up to 1–2 colour levels (without the eyebrow tinting)

Mix ELAN professional line Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with Oxidizing emulsion 3% by ТМ ELAN professional line in the ratio 1:3 (one part of the powder and three parts of the oxidizing emulsion).

As the first step of the procedure, apply the bleaching mixture on the thicker hairs. As the second step – spread the bleaching mixture on the eyebrows, using a make-up brush. Leave it to develop for 1–3 minutes depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.

If the hair shade is desired, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.

Repeat the procedure in order to make the eyebrow shade lighter.

Apply ELAN professional line cleansing detox-mousse on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction.

Then remove foam with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

It is highly recommended to use «COLOUR FIX» as a leave-in care treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure.

NOTE! In case of repeating the eyebrow bleaching procedure, apply the bleaching mixture on the deep eyebrow hair roots only, using a thin make-up brush (for example, ELAN professional line Professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #1).

INTENSE technique: the eyebrow hair bleaching up to 3–5 colour levels

Mix ELAN professional line Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with Oxidizing emulsion 3% by ТМ ELAN professional line in the ratio 1:2 (one part of the powder and two parts of the oxidizing emulsion).

As the first step of the procedure, apply the bleaching mixture on the thicker hairs. As the second step – spread the bleaching mixture on the eyebrows, using a make-up brush. Leave it to develop for 5–15 minutes depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.

If the hair shade is desired, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water. Repeat the procedure in order to make the eyebrow shade lighter.

Apply ELAN cleansing detox-mousse on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Then remove foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

It is highly recommended to use ELAN COLOUR FIX colour fixing fluid with keratin and sunflower seed oil as a leave-in care treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure.

Use «Eyebrow gel tint «ÉLAN» with oxidant» 03 medium brown by ТМ ELAN professional line according to the instruction in order to add more intensity to the eyebrow hair colour after the bleaching procedure:

Mix the gel tint, the oxidant and the argan oil cream by TM ELAN professional line in the ratio 1:1:4 (one part of the gel tint, one part of the oxidant and four parts of the argan oil cream).

Apply the tinting mixture on the eyebrows and leave it to develop for 1–2 minutes. Then remove the tint completely with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

Use «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» to stop the chemical reaction.

NOTE! It is not recommended to perform the traditional eyebrow tinting after the eyebrow bleaching procedure. In case of using the eyebrow tint and the oxidant in the ratio 1:1, the eyebrow hairs will become black!
