Deep Brow Tint 2.0 03 BLACK (20 ml)
Achieve deep, rich black brows with ÉLAN Deep Brow Tint 2.0. This professional-grade tint is enriched with Heliogenol™ sunflower seed extract, nourishing and protecting hair during the tinting process. Suitable for both eyebrows and eyelashes. Mix with ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 2% or 3.5% in a 1:1 ratio. Volume: 20 ml. Delivery across Europe.
Description
Deep Brow Tint 2.0» provides rich colour while simultaneously nourishing the hairs during the procedure. It is part of the signature SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM.
It can also be used for lash tinting procedures.
The tint works in combination with the Oxidizing Emulsion 2% from this system, as well as the Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5%.
