«Deep Brow Tint 2.0» is one of the components of the author’s SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM. The tint allows to achieve intensive tinting of hairs and provides additional care during the procedure.
NOTE: the tint works in combination with the Oxidizing Emulsion 2% from this system as well as with the Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5%.
